Since our products are downloadable files (e.g. wallpapers, templates, eBooks), we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the file is delivered.

If you experience any issues with your purchase — such as incorrect files, download errors, or corrupted data — please contact us within 7 days at hello@lensoarstudio.com and we’ll be happy to help.

No refunds are offered for affiliate or advertising services once work has commenced.
